These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 499 det platform and the user. Accessing this site, creating an account, or using any service means you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
1.2 Definitions
In this document, "Platform" refers to 499 det's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" refers to any registered account holder. "Bet" or "Wager" refers to playing a game or placing a stake on sports using funds.
1.3 Right to Amend Terms

However, continued use of the service after updated terms are published will automatically be treated as acceptance of the new terms.

2.1 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All details provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information will be cancelled immediately. 499 det may request additional documents at any time to verify identity.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details, password, and OTP strictly confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to the 499 det support team immediately. 499 det is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your credentials with others.
2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. An account is always considered the personal property of the person who registered it.
3.1 Minimum Age
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on 499 det and to participate in any casino or sports betting activity. Account creation and use by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Eligible Users
Only a person who is legally capable of entering into a contract of their own free will, and whose participation in this type of online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of their own jurisdiction, may use 499 det.
3.3 Age Verification
A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested to confirm age. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 499 det is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. If a deposit is made using a third party's account, the funds may not be refundable.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is pending or if unusual transaction activity is suspected.
4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites
- Withdrawals will not be considered if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
- Account verification must be completed.
- Withdrawal details must match the registered identity.
- 499 det will complete an internal review before processing each withdrawal request.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any unusual or suspicious financial activity is identified, 499 det may put the withdrawal on hold and request further information. In such cases, the user must cooperate by providing the necessary details and documents.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
499 det offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement in this case would be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. A bonus is not "free" money — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The same promotion may not be claimed more than once per account, unless the promotion's own rules state otherwise.
- Bonus balance will be used before real money.
- Wagering requirements for a bonus must be completed within a set time period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
- Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before winnings from bets placed with bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 499 det reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Promotion Changes
499 det may modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. The specific terms of each promotion will be listed on that promotion's page and will apply alongside the general terms.
6.1 Bet Limits
499 det sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event. These limits may differ by game and may change at any time. 499 det reserves the right to carry out additional checks on unusually large bets.
6.2 Technical Issues
If the result of a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection in any game or on the platform, 499 det reserves the right to void that round and return the stake. Any incorrect return displayed due to a software error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Fraud and Unfair Conduct
Any form of cheating, collusion, automated betting via software, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities for gain is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be permanently closed.
6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
In sports betting, results will be determined based on scores confirmed from designated official sources. If a match is cancelled unexpectedly or fewer than the required overs or periods are played, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules for that bet.
7.1 499 det's Right to Suspend
499 det may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Suspected fraud or provision of false information.
- Failure to cooperate with account or identity verification.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
- Harassment of other users.
7.2 Account Closure by the User
Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the 499 det support team. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before closure, but any active bonuses will be cancelled.
8.1 Service Limitations
The 499 det platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 499 det is not obligated to pay any compensation for temporary service interruptions caused by technical disruptions, maintenance, third-party software issues, or any other reason.
8.2 Financial Loss Limitation
499 det is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting, except those caused by technical errors. Participation in gaming is entirely the user's own decision and at their own risk.
8.3 Third-Party Content
